I found the staff friendly. My room and bathroom were large. It was beautifully equipped. A bathtub was an added plus. The balcony view was very nice. The pool and beach are very nice.
The breakfast options were okay, but the taste of some meals was disappointing. It was particularly due to the new year day crowds.

the staff, especially kavresha, kept my room lovely and clean, which i appreciated. naveen at the bar and restaurant was always happy and eager to assist me. the guy near the beach bar, always wearing a hat, was friendly and the tuna was amazing!!! gayan efficiently arranged my airport transfer and excursions. mr eranda, the manager, was also very approachable and helpful.
